Salata lawz dibas ruman
(Almond Salad with Pomegranate Molasses)

50g blanched almonds
50g green peas, blanched
1 small tomato, seeded and chopped
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
1 tbsp milk
Pinch of salt
Mint leaves for garnish
Flatbread
- Drizzle the mushrooms with oil and season with salt and ground black pepper.
- Bake at 200°C for about 10 mins or until just tender. Remove and chop.
- Blend the almonds until smooth.
- Combine with molasses, milk and salt.
- Toss all the ingredients together.
- Garnish and serve with flatbread.
