Qīng Luóbo Gǎnlǎn Páigǔ Tāng
(Radish Soup with Olives and Spareribs)

250g green radish, cut into chunks
| Chinese Soups and Drinks |
5 fresh chinese olives
2 candied dates
1/4 piece of dried tangerine peel
700ml water
Salt to taste
- Boil all the ingredients above for 15 mins.
- Thermal cook for 3 hours.
- Season with salt to taste.
