A:
55g beef, cubed

2 small onions, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
B:
325ml water
100g groundnuts, grind into a paste
2 okro (okra)
2 garden eggs (I used 2 small brinjals)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 small hard-boiled eggs, shelled
- Saute ingredients A in hot oil.
- Stir in ingredients B and cook for 10 mins.
- Thermal cook for 1 hour
- Toss in the hard-boiled eggs and serve.
