Tempe Masak Sayuran (Stir fried Vegetables with Tempeh)
Spice paste: (blend into a paste)
1.5 shallots
1 clove of garlic
1/2 candlenut
1/2 red chilli
1/2 cayenne pepper
1/2 + 1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
A:
1/2 red chilli, diagonally sliced
1/2 bay leaf
1/2 cm galangal
3/4 chicken liver, boiled and diced
50ml chicken stock
B:
75g tempeh, 1 cm cubes, seared in hot oil
4 long beans, 2 cm
35g bean sprouts
3/4 tsp soy sauce paste
- Saute the spice paste and ingredients A until fragrant.
- Toss in the chicken liver and chicken stock.
- Bring to a boil and add ingredients B.
- Stir fry until vegetables are cooked.
