Purebred Mutt Biscuits

A:
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1/8 cup whole cumin seeds

B:
1/2 can of sardines in oil (3 3/4 oz), roughly chopped
1/4 cup = oil in canned sardines + olive oil
1/4 cup water

1/2 large red bell pepper, diced 

  • Add B to A to form a dough.
  • Mix in the bell pepper.
  • Roll out until 1/2 inch thick.
  • Slice bars with a pizza cutter and arrange on a baking tray.
  • Bake at 180 C for 35-40 mins
