Breakfast Oats and Barley
45g oatmeal
40g barley flakes
Enough vegetable broth to cover the grains
A:
2 tbsp minced carrot
2 tbsp minced green peas
2 tbsp minced cooked corn kernels
1 tbsp chopped sunflower seeds
1 tbsp chopped pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp honey
- Soak the grains in broth.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Next morning, stir in ingredients A.
- Divide unequally between alpha dog and human female.
