Apet's Bistek
110g sirloin beef, thinly sliced
Marinade:
2 tbsp light soy sauce
Juice from 2 kamias (bilimbi)
1.5 cloves of garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp oregano
Ground black pepper
- Marinade the beef for 1 hour.
- Drain and reserve the marinade.
- Saute the beef until just cooked.
- Remove and set aside.
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 tbsp sherry
- Saute the onion until caramelized.
- Toss in the beef and deglaze the pan with wine.
- Add the reserved marinade and heat through.
